Conscious connected breathwork is a physical practice of continuous and gentle breathing done lying down for approximately one hour.
During this time, hands-on facilitation may be provided, depending on your consent at the time, to support your breath pattern and being present in your body. Areas of the body for hands-on facilitation may include the legs, arms, torso, neck, shoulders and head. It does not include contact with the sex areas of the body including the genitals, buttocks and breasts.
Breathwork may cause sensations in the body such as lightheadedness, tingling and possibly cramping in the hands, feet and face. These will subside with a return to normal breathing.
Conscious connected breathwork may provide altered states of consciousness, emotional release and physical relaxation. One may also experience temperature fluctuations throughout the journey.
All information shared in this intake and in sessions will be kept confidential, with the exception of if there is the possibility of imminent harm to yourself or another.
