Breathwork is a somatic practice to help you reconnect with your body, vitality, and emotion. Each session supports your nervous system in finding both regulation and release - combining somatic techniques, breathing, and music to explore your felt experience.
Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or a desire to feel more grounded in your body, this work invites you to slow down and return to presence.

Breathwork Session
There’s nothing you need to prepare. In your first session, we’ll start opening up to the breathe, invigorating the body, and arriving in presence together.

We breathe through the mouth without pause between in-and-out to oxygenate the body.

Hi, I’m Paul - I've spent a good part of my life in conflict. Numbing myself to the intelligence of my body, wrestling with doubt, and seeking extreme measures just to feel alive. Breathwork gave me an opportunity to befriend the outcast parts of myself, embrace deep relationships, and develop reverence for life. It has moved me beyond words - I want to share that with you.
